The agreement
Terms of service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to the services of KN Services Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“KN Services Group,” “we,” “us”): website plans, websites bought outright, care plans, social media plans, custom software and add-ons. By signing up for a service, or by using this website, you agree to them. If a written proposal or order we both accept says something different, the proposal or order wins for that service.
1. Prices and billing
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on this website. Monthly plans and add-ons are billed monthly in advance, by card or bank debit. You can sign up on this website: the first month is paid at sign-up, either through the secure checkout of our payment processor, Stripe, or through a payment link or invoice we send you, and the plan then renews each month on the same date until you cancel. We do not see or store your full card or bank account number. Yearly items, such as a domain, are billed yearly. Websites bought outright and custom software are billed as set out in your quote. Taxes, where they apply, are extra. If a payment fails, we will tell you, and we may pause the service until it is paid.
We review every new order. If we cannot take an order on, we tell you within one business day and refund that payment in full.
2. $0 setup and cancel anytime
Website plans and social media plans have no setup fee and run month to month. You can cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and we do not refund partial months.
3. Website plans: when the site becomes yours
Stay 12 paid months and the site and the domain are yours; on request we hand them over to you. If you cancel before 12 paid months, the site comes down.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the content you give us (text, logos, photos, video and other material) and you confirm that you have the right to use it. You allow us to use, edit and publish it to deliver your service. You own your content.
5. Social media: review and approval
Before each month goes out, we send it to you for review, with one round of changes. If we do not hear back within 5 days of sending your month for review, it goes live as sent. You can edit or pull any post before it publishes.
Filming is not included; a local videographer day can be added at cost. Where a plan includes managed ads, the ad budget is yours and is paid by you to the platform.
6. Files are yours
The files we make for you, such as graphics, videos and captions, are yours.
7. Custom software
We build a free clickable prototype within 72 hours of receiving one workflow in writing, then give you a fixed quote. Work is billed by milestone at the fixed prices in the quote. Once you have paid in full, the software we build for you is yours, except third-party components, which stay under their own licenses.
8. Payments from your customers
Where our office tools or online stores take payments, your customers pay into your own Stripe account, in your business name. Stripe’s fees are yours, and Stripe’s own terms apply. We never hold your money and we are not a payment processor.
9. Permission to feature your work
You allow us to show the work we make for you, for example as a case study on our website. A case study or a reference call is a courtesy: we never pay for one and never ask for a review in return. If you would rather we did not feature your work, tell us and we will not.
10. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as social networks, search engines, payment processors, domain registries and telecom carriers. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their changes, outages or decisions, including decisions to approve or reject a texting registration.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for anything unlawful or for content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may decline or remove such content, and we may end a service that is used this way.
12. Warranties and liability
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, the services are provided “as is,” and we do not promise any particular result, such as rankings, followers or sales. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell current clients by email before a change affects them.
